Installation options
Membrane bundles within 100 mm pvc tube for most effective circulation of raw water past the membrane fibres. Strong circulation prevents build up of solids around the fibres, and is key to reliable operation of Zena bundles with raw water containing high concentration of suspended solids.
Blower
air bubbles mix solids through raw water to prevent build up in
membrane bundles.
UV steriizer prevents virus infection & second protection against bacteria.
Backflush reservoir fills before filtered water discharged.
Flow adjustment is used to set acceptable vacuum level for long term operation.
Operating pump draws water from the membrane.
Backflush pump takes clean water from the backflush reservoir to clear membrane pores. Backflush occurs at timed interval for timed period. Operating pump turned off, and solenoid valves direct flow.
